Browser Local Storage
In addition to cookies, we use your browser's localStorage to cache data locally on your device for performance. This data never leaves your browser unless you are logged in, in which case it syncs with the server. The following keys are used:
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
weft_screens | Cached copies of your saved screens |
weft_watchlists | Cached copies of your saved watchlists |
weft_formulas | Cached copies of your custom formulas |
weft_globals | Your global variable definitions |
This data is cleared when you log out or delete your account. You can also clear it manually through your browser's developer tools.
Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner lets you choose:
- Essential Only: Only essential cookies are set. No ads are loaded, no advertising cookies are placed.
- Accept All: Essential cookies plus Google AdSense advertising cookies. Ads will be displayed on the site.
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
